Danny Welbeck Scored A Goal To Remember In His Debut Match Against Stock City:

“Danny Welbeck” a 17 year old debutant for United against Stock City in 5 Nil thriller; wrote his name in the list of those few players who scored in the very first match of their career. He plays as a Right winger / Striker and before coming to United Senior Team, he was playing at the same position in Manchester United Youth Club. Apart from MUYC he has also played for England’s U-17, U-18 & U-19 team.

Welbeck was substituted in 63rd min and at that time United was already winning the match by 3 goals to Nil but it was him; who made it 4 Nil in the 84th minute and 5 minutes later Ronaldo made it 5 Nil. When he got his one touch pass back from Manucho then he had plenty of options to choose from, but in fraction of seconds, like he had Manucho & Ronaldo at wings to support, he could also shot at target & there are three defenders and a keeper to beat if he wanted to move closer to the goal. He preferred to target the upper right post from way out of the BOX which proved him deadly accurate and every body was stunned for a moment. The ball had a little bit of swing and sheer power with it, which left the keeper just hoping to stop it.

It was really a goal to remember for him in his very first match while playing for the European Champions (i.e. MUFC). Although Welbeck has just started his career and has a long way to go and no matter he will score a lot of goals in his career but he will defiantly unable to forget the beauty he produced in his debut

Thumbs Up Welbeck – Thumbs Up United – Forever United
